Imperial Sales & Marketing GmbH ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Arrow Maze Escape mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Arrow Maze Escape does not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play.
Arrow Maze Escape stores your game progress, level completion data, coin balance, and preferences locally on your device using Unity's PlayerPrefs system. This data is not transmitted to our servers and remains entirely on your device.
If you make in-app purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads, or the Admin Panel), payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment details such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. We only receive confirmation that a transaction was completed.
Arrow Maze Escape displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect certain device information and advertising identifiers to serve relevant ads. If you purchase "Remove Ads", no advertising data is collected. For details on Google's data practices, see the Google Privacy Policy.
Apple may collect anonymized crash logs and performance diagnostics through standard iOS mechanisms. This data helps us identify and fix bugs.

Local data: All game progress and preferences are deleted when you uninstall the app. You can also reset your data within the app at any time.
Purchase history: Transaction records are maintained by Apple according to their retention policies.

Arrow Maze Escape is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). The game does not require account creation or personal data input.
